These details make Cobb far more serious than the show ’s other villains . Baby Billy , the Lissons , and the Simkins were mostly motivated by money and tycoon , although they almost never resort to wildness . Scotty Steele and the Montgomerys were n’t afraid to resort to violence , although it always seemed to be a means to an ending .
