“Tonally, We Wanted To Do Something Different”

When asked about her favorite time of year to write and shoot , Tracey Wigfield had a spry answer:“Summer was fun because you lay out up the premise already . We ’re comedy writers , so the mirthful promise of the premise lies in summer where it ’s this old guy cable [ who ] made the choice , he left his wife and now this new girl is here on this holiday , so all the comedy of it is there . So for me , that ’s the most fun . ”
