In keeping with the re - invented mythos , it seems that Superman ’s logo will actually be more than an insignia sew on blue spandex . The logo in the standard has a solid , armour - esque feel to it - much like Superman ’s fresh costume ( pictured below ) , which will now function as a sorting of Kryptonian armor , adding purpose to the questionable manner of Superman ’s traditional costume .
