Played By Cory Jeacoma
Chris Ulrich overstayed his welcomedespite only being feature in one episode ofFBIseason 7 . Ulrich was an FBI Special Agent who seemed set to lead the investigation instead of follow Scola ’s centering . He either directly defy Scola or argued with him at every spell . Fortunately , he only lasted one episode , and he was such an insignificant part of Scola ’s arc that no account was give for his absence , nor is he a specially memorable guest role .
5Syd Ortiz
Played By Lisette Olivera
On theme , Syd was an interesting estimation . She was n’t experience in field of view tactics . Her expertise was in behavioural analysis — profile killers to predict when and where they would impress next and the best methods to lay off them . A partnership between her and Scola should have been an interesting dynamic , ashe had to aim her while also observe both of them safe during missions .

4Sofia Ortega
Played By Adriana Ducassi
In some ways , it was dissatisfactory that Sofia Ortega did n’t last . She was the first pardner that Scola try out after Tiffany left , and she seemed like a good fit for him despite some hiccup . In an early scene , Scola was unhappy with her because she sneaked up on a suspect aloneinstead of alarm him to what she was doing . However , this incident did n’t necessarily think of that Sofia was not married person textile , as conflicts around one married person being a lone masher is a common trope in procedurals .
Isobel ’s future in the show is safe for now , but I ’m still worried about where she is steer after her storyline in FBI time of year 7 , episode 17 .
There have been manydisappointing character passing in theFBIuniverse , but Sofia ’s was one of the worst . It seemed tacked on , as if the writers need an excuse for her not to appear again . She decided she was n’t a good tantrum for the New York Field Office for no apparent grounds and leave at the end of the same sequence she appear in , likely because the writers were expect to precede Syd before long and did n’t require Sofia .
3Maggie Bell
Played By Missy Peregrym
Maggie is a familiar character reference inFBI — but she unremarkably is partner with OA . However , on several occasion after Syd go out , Maggie worked with Scola rather . Allowing Maggie to shift gears and work with Scola instead of with OA help keep the adjective freshwhile not drawing care to Scola ’s lack of a permanent partner .
deliver Scola and Maggie employment together was a fun way to address the partnership event .
Scola and Maggie work well together . They do n’t have the tightlipped friendly relationship that Maggie has with OA , but they complement each other well and have enough conversance to make their partnership interesting . Having Scola and Maggie study together was a fun way to cover the partnership issue at times when Scola need to be part of the write up but had no useable partner .
2Tiffany Wallace
Played By Katherine Renee Kane
Tiffany ’s exit would n’t have been so problematic for Scola if she had not been such an important part of his professional life . Tiffany was still Scola ’s partner inFBIseason 7 , episode 1 , but she made it clean it was her last twenty-four hours and that she was leaving the unit . Her passing was made even more affecting by her response when Scola was hurt during their last delegation .
Scola and Tiffany were a near - complete social unit , but her leaving make her slightly less of an ideal partner for him .
None of his other partner ( except Maggie ) know him well enough to know what to say or bring him while he ’s recovering from his injuries . Scola and Tiffany were a almost - thoroughgoing building block , but her departure makes her slenderly less of an ideal partner for him . However , she is near the top of the list because of how well they knew each other and influence together .
1Dani Rhodes
Played By Emily Alabi
Dani Rhodes is the newest phallus of the team , making it concentrated to label how well she will suit in . However , so far she has done first-class work .
